After Friday I will have made it to level 3 of 6!! That’s assuming I pass both the written and practical exam.
Level 2 was filled with baking tarts, making ice cream and baking genoise cake. Also learning important cooking methods such as braising, cheese soufflé and quiche.
Time is flying in school!! I mean, I still have class until August, but I know it will be here before I know it.
My schedule is crazy these days.
I work at a bakery around 30 hours a week, have my internship for 16 hours and then have class part time for a total of 15 hours.
Thats like 61 hours of committed time!!
I love it, but it’s exhausting…leaving very little time for this little love of mine…LEFT SIDE OF THE TABLE.
Since i’m photo obsessed and 95% of my pictures on iPhoto are of food, I figured it would be great to share with you all pictures from level 2. AND a couple unrelated to food 😉
It’s not everything I made, just a peek into what i’ve been up to in school. Some of the pictures i’ve posted on my blog instagram. Check it out!!
Thanks so much for visiting LEFT SIDE OF THE TABLE and following my culinary journey.
I have lots planned for 2015. 2014 was a transformational year for me in more ways than one. I’m looking forward to continue accomplishing bigger things this year!
Have a splendid Wednesday, friends!
